Kennett Community Development Corp is Accepting Bids

The Kennett Community Development Corporation is seeking bids for construction work to be completed at 805 First Street, Kennett, Missouri. Bid specs may be obtained from Jan McElwrath, Project Manager, at 200 Cedar Street, Kennett, or via email at resources@cityofkennettmo.com.
Bids are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Please direct questions to Jan McElwrath at 573-559-2745.
The Kennett Community Development Corporation hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, business owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, cred, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
All bidders must include a copy of their City of Kennett business license with their bid.
The Kennett Community Development Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
